Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping Policy 

  • Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 2-5 business days in metros, and 3-10 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
  • We provide free shipping on all orders.
  • We deliver through our courier partner companies. After the order is processed at our warehouse, it is picked up by our aforesaid partner. Once it is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking details for the order.
  • You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email and SMS will be sent with a link.
  • For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will be refunding the amount to your bank account.

Returns Policy

  • Customers can request to return their order within 10 days after an order has been delivered.
  • All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
  • You can initiate the return by writing to us at care@cazzkaro.com with subject: OrderID/Return. We will get back to you and process the request once we receive the email.
  • As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below:

  • After we receive your courier and perform all the necessary quality checks, we will refund the product amount to you using your choice of payment as opted by you in the email. Refund of COD charges is not applicable.
  • We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India. Please avoid using Professional Couriers as they are not the most reliable.
  • Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Care team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at care@cazzkaro.com and we will get back to you.
  • If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on the number or email us on care@cazzkaro.com.
  • We do not have any Exchange Policy yet.

Refunds Policy

  • The product amount will be refunded to you once the condition of the returned item is checked.
  • If the order is canceled before shipped, the refund will be done to your bank account and will reflect within 7-10 business days. 
  • Once confirmed by our team the refund will be provided into your bank account.
  • For wrong orders shipped, we can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or a refund into the bank account as per your convenience.
  • As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, the shipping charges will be borne by you.
  • We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India. Please try and avoid Professional Couriers as much as possible since we have been facing issues with them.
  • We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure.
  • Bank refunds will take 7-10 business days 

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the order is placed, you have the option to cancel it within 2 business days. Once you opt to do it, please write to us at care@cazzkaro.com with subject: OrderID/ Cancel
